Hard of Hearing?
We have been working with the PPG on the Sign Health Report and have agreed to provide the following service and will be working on further advancements in the New Year.
  • Practice will ask the question when consulting with Deaf / hard of hearing patients – a pop up note would then be added to the notes so all clinicians / admin staff would know the patient’s condition.
  • Double appointment can be booked
  • Clinicians/Nurses to come out and collect patient rather than them having to rely on Jayex board
  • We will take on board that a family member should not be asked to interpret
