We are now launching online appointment booking, improved Repeat Prescription requests and online registration: SystmOnline.   To use the SystmOnline service, you will need to come to the practice to request a user name and password from the reception team .  Proof of identity must be brought with you when registering e.g. utility bill, drivers licence, or passport.  You cannot register for this service online because your identity needs to be verified.

We will be running our preexisting online repeat service until March 2014 to allow new patients get usernames and passwords for the new system

You can also download an iOS app for you apple device to access the SystmOnline Portal:

Noticeboard

In November 2013 the surgery moved its Clinical System to SystmOne.  This was a big change for the practice and we have tried to minimise the impact but patients may have noticed some disruption at the practice. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Having done this we are now launching online appointment booking, improved Repeat Prescription requests and online registration: SystmOnline (see left).

We will be running our preexisting online repeat service until March 2014 to allow new patients get usernames and passwords for the new system
